1. Perishable Items

  • Due to the nature of food products, perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:
    • The item was damaged during delivery
    • You received the wrong item

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence.


2. Non-Perishable Items

  • You may return unopened and unused non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
